Our distinguished two-year Leadership Development Program uses best-in-class tools to produce rigorous personalized development for each student focused on the unique competencies that set high-potential leaders apart and includes personalized coaching by certified executive coaches. We offer a personal approach to career management, ensuring that students receive the individual attention, resources and guidance required to achieve their career goals.
Located in Nashville, Tennessee, the health care provider hub of the US, Vanderbilt Owen offers a Healthcare MBA in addition to its MBA. Nashville is also home to the Nashville Entrepreneurship Center, identified by Google as one of 9 tech hubs for entrepreneurs in North America. Owen Graduate School of Management houses the Turner Family Center for Social Ventures which provides opportunities for students to participate in business projects throughout the developing world to help alleviate poverty. Additionally, the Owen Entrepreneurship Center provides grants for students to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. Strengths of the MBA in addition to general management: strategy, finance, operations and analytics, human and organizational performance, marketing.
The finance track is STEM certified, providing an additional two years of Optional Practical Training for international students on the F-1 student visa.
A small class size of 170-180 promotes a very collaborative environment as well as easy to access to professors. We pride ourselves on offering a personalized approach, where professors and staff know students by name, many from Day 1.

Financial Aid for International Students
Nearly 70% of our students receive scholarship from Vanderbilt Owen, ranging from US$10,000 per year to full tuition. Scholarships are merit-based and are awarded at time of admission with no additional application required. We partner with COLFUTURO and guarantee two scholarships per year to admitted Colombians for a minimum of 50% tuition. We also partner with Unidad de Conocimiento, Sindicato Empresarial Antioqueno, offering a mimimum of 50% tuition to sponsored employees of the Sindicato.
